For applications exposed to weather, heavy wear, or frequent use
of solvents and chemicals, we recommend "Silver Vein" coating.
The textured powder applies thicker, and has better adhesion and
wear characteristics. Though the cosmetic advantage of
Powder Coating is evident, it is not as effective as galvanizing
in regards to rust protection. Powder Coated surfaces
require periodic inspection and occasional "touch-up" with a
rust resistant spray enamel in order to maintain an effective
barrier against rust and corrosion in a kennel environment |
