T Kennel Systems |
Traditional Kennels |
Drain
Systems
|
The patented "T" system, with a cover suspended over the trench, protects staff and animals from waste.
The unobstructed drain opening allows waste to pass easily
into the sloped trench drain. |

|
Individually plumbed drain systems are costly and inefficient. Their small covers and openings invite clogging,
and grate covers hinder waste passage. Open trench drains in the front or rear of kennels are unsightly and needlessly
expose staff, animals and customers to waste. |
|
Kennel Cleanup and Sanitation
|
| Workers wash down kennels without entering them, avoiding walking through waste. The sloped floor and sealed side
panels ensure that waste enters the covered drain and is not spread around as a source of cross-contamination. |

|
Workers entering the kennels walk through urine and feces, dragging a hose. Waste is sprayed around and around
to direct it toward either a small drain opening or into a open trench drain. Waste is often spread throughout
the kennel and is tracked from run to run. |
| The space-conserving walls allow more efficient use of floor space. Gates are safe and maintain a professional
appearance for years to come. Prefabricated wall panels are made from modern acrylic PVC sheets that are virtually
indestructible. The smooth non-porous surface is impervious to damage from clawing, urine, chemicals and disinfectants.
The slotted, welded wire is strong and smooth, has no twists to trap hair and waste, and has no exposed loose ends. |

|
Block walls use up valuable floor space. The naturally porous surface of concrete block requires that it must
be continually maintained and sealed to prevent water, urine and body oils from penetrating. Unsealed block harbors
disease, bacteria, viruses, insect larvae and odors. Chain link mesh fencing has open ends, twisted prongs, and
hardware that can trap hair and dirt and can injure staff and animals. Lower portions of gates are always chewed
and destroyed. |
| T Kennels, with the capacity for front-to-back and side-to-side transfer openings, make animal transfer easy from
outside the unit. The Double Decker, Quad and small animal cages allow optimal use of floor area by stacking
individual
units, all of which use the patented "T" drain system. |

|
Other prefabricated units on the market offer few or no options for animal transfer and proper cleaning. No
other units have a patented drainage system. No other units can properly utilize space by having one kennel above
another with an enclosed drainage system. |
|
Provisions for expansion and remodeling
|
|
Access is quick and easy when relocation or repair
is needed. Our kennels are designed with growth in mind. |

|
Replacement or relocation of concrete block and chain link fence units is difficult and expensive due to their
permanent attachment to the floor. This can restrict future growth and renovation. |
