Side Panel

• The 2' high, powder coated or hot dip galvanized framed steel slotted welded wire panels are strong and safe.

• The 4' high Acrylic PVC isolation panels are water, urine, and chemical resistant, and easy to clean.
• The panels come in a variety of colors.
• Side panels are pre-sloped 1/4" per foot and are sealed to prevent cross-contamination. Side panels for concrete systems utilize an adjustable drop bar to help correct for most floor slope imperfections (see Figure A).

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Frame is constructed of 1" x 1 " 16 ga. steel tubing. Upper section of panel is constructed of 1-1/2" x 3-1/2" 7 gauge slotted welded wire. Hot dipped galvanized or powder coated  after fabrication. Isolation panel is constructed of 2 sheets of 4' h acrylic PVC. A 1 " foam is sandwiched between the two sheets of acrylic PVC. The PVC is attached and sealed to frame using aluminum rivets and adhesive. Optional side panels can be manufactured with a side transfer (guillotine) door. Adjustable drop bar in the bottom of panel helps adjust for most floor slope imperfections (on concrete systems only.)
